Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Cultural Hospitality (Teerth Tours), we strive to provide the best travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following refund policies:

  • 1. Full Refund

    Cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any processing fees.

  • 2. Partial Refund

    Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • 3. No Refund

    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for missed tours due to late arrivals or no-shows.

  • 4. Refund Processing

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • 5. Tour Cancellations by Us

    In rare cases, if The Cultural Hospitality (Teerth Tours) cancels a tour due to weather conditions, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
