3). Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund, excluding transaction fees. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date.

4). Changes to Bookings

Any request to change booking dates or tour services must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5). Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

Each tour will specify what is included (transportation, guides, meals, etc.) and excluded (entry fees, personal expenses, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the health and fitness requirements for the tours you book.

6). Liability

The Cultural Hospitality (Teerth Tours) is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour. Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

7). Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8). Intellectual Property
